Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoHub platform ("Service"), operated by Novatrix Consulting LLC SPC, a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

DoHub is a suite of AI voice tools that transcribes, translates, and synthesizes speech between two languages. The Service is provided through a web-based application at dohub.online.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

3. Credits and Payments

3.1 Free Tier

New accounts receive 50 free translation credits. Each credit allows one translation turn (one voice input → transcription → translation → audio output).

3.2 Credit Packs

Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing page. All prices are in USD. Credits are granted to your account upon successful payment processing.

        Credits never expire. Once purchased, credits remain in your account until used, regardless of time elapsed or account activity.
    

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

3.4 Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase for unused credits. To request a refund, email support@dohub.online with your account email and purchase details. Partially used credit packs are not eligible for refund. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including UAE federal laws
Transmit threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
Translate content that promotes terrorism, violence, or illegal activities
Record or translate conversations without the consent of all parties involved

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Voice Recordings and Data

When you use the Service, your voice recordings are:

Temporarily processed for transcription via OpenAI's API
Stored securely in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3) for your conversation history
Accessible only to you through your authenticated account

You retain ownership of your voice recordings. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your recordings solely for providing the translation service. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

        Important: DoHub uses AI-powered translation which, while advanced, is not perfect. Translations may contain errors, inaccuracies, or nuances that differ from the speaker's intent.
    

The Service is not suitable for:

Legal proceedings or official document translation
Medical consultations where precision is critical
Any situation where translation errors could cause harm or liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any translation. Users should not rely solely on this Service for critical communications.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding ("DoHub Dialog"), is the intellectual property of Novatrix Consulting LLC SPC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates:

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novatrix Consulting LLC SPC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@dohub.online. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will be revoked
Unused credits are non-refundable (except within the 14-day refund window for recent purchases)
Your conversation data will be deleted within 30 days

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
